Executive Performance Solutions, LLC was born from a realized need in the market for an “outside perspective” an “influence”, with intelligence, resources and corporate business experience to benefit all businesses, whether a start-up or a mature Fortune 500 company. A “Consultant” (defined here as an external expert in expanded specific disciplines of resource that are not  available in the current skills within an organization) is essential to the success of  businesses!  I realized during my twenty years in domestic and international roles at The Coca-Cola Company that employing as a full time employee for every conceivable talent simply isn’t a wise investment to solve the challenges a business faces.  The “company” would often engage outside talent to analyze, support or assist to restructure departments, train the employees on EEOC concerns and ethics matters, sales techniques, international cultural sensitivities, broad use of available technologies, establishing or expanding distribution channels, foreign currency exchange challenges, etc.  I left the company specifically to utilize my vision and experience to support a start-up in the United Kingdom, since then the demand has exploded, particularly after the events of the September 11, 2001 tragedy.
